Butcher Burger Philly opened early 2018 with chef Hee "Chino" Chang.

All the burgers are the recipes of our chef that wanted to create a gourmet burger with a great balance of flavor. Chef Chino with his partners wanted to also create a chicken burger which seems to have been passed over by most restaurants for a turkey burger. This creation to their own surprise was so good that they decided to not even have a turkey burger. We do still offer a special blended beef burger that is out of this world. Even better yet we named the chicken burger the Philly Philly with a trademark pending.
